I’m Not Okay (I Promise) | My Chemical Romance
I didn’t even realize this was on my iTunes, but as I hit shuffle and the song started started I was instantly transported back to the summer after I graduated high school. I can’t exactly say it conjures happy memories, but it does still pump me up the way it did back then.
Immediately following this song was Justin Timberlake’s “Like I Love You,” which brought up more memories of the same summer, only happy ones.
I love how the majority of my memories are connected to music. I really could create a soundtrack to my life.
